
Dr.Oetker Gelatin-Fix Dessert, 60g
A method of preparing:
-Pour 50ml of cold water and 100mL of boiling water, pour out the contents of the dessert gelatin. Package and mix briefly until dissolved.
-Gradually add the dissolved dessert gelatin to the remaining ingredients (according to the proportions given below). Mix constantly until a uniform consistency is obtained.
-Pour everything into the mold and leave in the fridge for about 2 hours to solidify
Tips: some fruits contain enzymes that prevent gelatin from setting. Avoid fresh fruits, pineapple, kiwi, figs, papal, mango or wiringo ginger root
